Salad Freak by Jess Damuck

Christmas before last, one of my dear friends gave me Salad Freak by Jess Damuck. I fell in love with it instantly. The way in which she shares her recipes with her bright photos, beautifully detailed descriptions and stories is inspirational to me. Not only that, but the recipes themselves are incredibly amazing! Jess sorts recipes by season, which I found super helpful and since I began in the Winter, here are some of my favorites:

Citrus Breakfast Salad with Spicy Chile Granola

Simple Yet Elegant Endive

Raw and Roasted Caesar Brussels Sprouts

Bright and Crunchy Salmon

I love the cookbook so much that I actually gifted it to two of my best friends this year for Christmas. I encourage you to check it out and buy one for yourself! You won’t regret it.
