Tuna over succotash with Green Goddess Dressing

Just a mini post that was inspired by my new amazing client’s lunch yesterday. We had the pleasure of touring Wilmington all day and then grabbed a beautiful lunch @thepilothouse. A great view.

Amazing company. Some dolphin.

But, the dish.

So tonight, Mike and I got some amazing fresh caught tuna @blueoceanmarket, seared and added to a succotash of black eyed peas, shallots, asparagus and zucchini. Top with green goddess dressing. Ah…mazing!

Oh and keep your eyes peeled for Baya Bar to hit the Wilmington scene soon! You are going to love it! https://bayabar.com/
