Raspberry Compote

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp golden monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 mandarin orange juiced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan
  • Bring to a boil while stirring
  • Reduce heat and cook down for approximately 10 minutes or until compote thickens
  • Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. Can be reheated or served cold
